Why Dentistry?
Dr. Hajian says she chose dentistry as a career because it is a combination of all her favorite things: her love of science/healthcare, working with her hands and being artistic. Dr. Hajian has a passion for getting to know all of her patients and says she feels grateful to wake up everyday and help them. Whether it’s just routine care, getting someone out of pain or improving their smile, she takes great pride in providing quality comprehensive dental care while treating each patient as if they are her own family.
Where Did You Study?
Dr. Hajian earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from University of California, Ivine. She then went on to attend the University of California School of Dentistry to receive her Doctorate of Dental Surgery where she also served as the President of the American Association for Women Dentists. Upon graduation Dr. Hajian continued her education at UCLA to complete her general practice residency.To keep up with the ever evolving dental technologies Dr. Hajian takes as many continuing education courses as she can, reads the latest publications and finds value in maintaining an open dialog with local colleagues. A quote from Dr. Hajian: “There is always something new to learn in dentistry. My goal is to always stay up-to-date so I can be the best healthcare provider for my patients.”
