- Avoid staining foods and drinks: For the first 48 hours after whitening or bonding, limit coffee, tea, red wine, cola, berries and colored sauces. Rinse with water or use a straw when drinking pigmented beverages.
- Don’t smoke: Tobacco products stain teeth and irritate gums. Avoid smoking to protect your new smile and overall health.
- Protect your teeth: Wear a mouthguard during sports or if you grind your teeth at night to prevent cracks or chips.
